To make the most of your ride's music, have your playlist of songs ready before the tour. If it's winter there will be a light blanket available, but still dress warm for the weather. Wear sunscreen and a hat in the summer. This experience is on average booked 40 days ahead, so book beforehand! Wear good comfy shoes, high heels have specifically been mentioned to not be recommended.

The tour no longer picks up guests at Harrah's Casino. Instead, guests should go to the Tour Bus Pickup area next to the rideshare section on Mystère Dreams Avenue, near the Treasure Island Hotel. The tour vehicle will be there, but occasionally traffic can cause delays, so guests' understanding is appreciated. Confirmation for the booking is received at the time of reservation, unless the booking is made within 1 hour of travel. In that case, confirmation is provided as soon as possible, subject to availability. The tour is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for travelers with back problems, though it is located near public transportation. Most travelers can participate in this activity. Two booster seats are available for children. If one is required, guests should leave a comment in the Special Requests field so it can be ready. Infant seats are not provided. Proper shoes are recommended; high heels and sandals are not advised. During summer, wearing a hat is suggested, and in winter, a warm jacket is recommended. The vehicle has a capacity of 7 guests, which is also the maximum number of travelers for this tour or activity. Music plays in the vehicle, and guests are encouraged to have a music playlist or artist they wish to listen to. If guests have any difficulty walking up the four steps to board the vehicle, the driver will provide assistance. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. You can reserve the tour and pay afterwards.
