The exact pickup times will be shared with guests after they reconfirm with the local operator, two days before the tour. Guests should not assume their pickup time is 7 AM. Contact details for the operator will be provided on the pre-paid voucher. If a booking is made within 48 hours of the tour, a hotel pickup cannot be guaranteed, as assignments may have already been made. Confirmation for the tour will be received at the time of booking. While infant seats are available, the tour is not wheelchair accessible. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and the minimum age for participation is 5 years. This tour operates in all weather conditions, so guests should dress appropriately, and most travelers can participate. There is an admission fee for the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon West Rim. A maximum of 14 people are allowed per booking and on the tour/activity itself.
