During busy seasons like Christmas and New Year’s, it may switch to a larger bus for up to 50 people. If you prefer a small group van tour, ask about availability when booking. Vehicle changes may occur without notice, and no refunds or compensation will be given for these changes. Pickup is only available from Bellagio Hotel and Circus Circus Hotel (Bellagio is first). Please enter your hotel details at checkout. The tour operator will confirm pickup at least 24 hours before departure. Lunch includes meat, so if you have dietary restrictions, notify the operator in advance—otherwise, alternatives may not be available. Weather may affect the tour; if canceled, you'll be offered a different date or a partial refund if some attractions are closed. Schedule changes due to traffic or other issues may happen without compensation. The hike to Horseshoe Bend is 1.5 miles (2.4 km) round trip in intense summer heat with no shade, sometimes reaching 100°F (38°C). The van may not be comfortable for guests over 6 feet tall. Private tours are available and allow infants under 3. Japanese-speaking guides can be requested but are not guaranteed. If unavailable, an English-speaking guide will lead the tour.
